“My car broke down on the side of the road early on a Saturday morning and I was able to get a tow to Matt’s and leave my key in the dropbox. I was surprised to get a call almost as soon as they opened on Monday morning, and even more surprised to hear I didn’t have to drive down there to meet with the technicians in person. Everything was handled online, and the guest service was excellent. Will was very kind and patient with me (I know next to nothing about cars) and answered all of my questions, and it was so easy to look at all the repairs my car needed online in real time as they updated the information in the system. I was also able to select repairs I wanted done and the ones I didn’t. They were also very fast, and had my car done before the end of the day! I’m very satisfied with the service, and should the need arise I will definitely go to them again.
